  How do I register for Phone Banking?

Call 13 61 91 requesting an access code for Phone Banking. We will check your details and provide you with a one-time access code to use the services for the first time.

Follow the voice prompts to confirm your details and enter your instructions via the telephone keypad.

  How do I access Phone Banking once registered?

Call 13 61 91 and select option 1 and follow the prompts

  Can I access the Phone Banking Service while overseas?

The Phone Banking Service can be accessed while overseas using the International Access Number for that country, followed by +61 2 9678 2111. Although Sydney Mutual Bank does not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.

  What happens if I forget my access code?

Just call us and we will arrange to issue you with a new access code.

  What do I need to do to give somebody else access to my accounts?

Any person can be given access to your accounts. You can give them full access or limit their access to specific functions. In order to give another person access you will need to complete an Authorisation Form at any branch.
