The service of changing pins will no longer be available in branch

Change your card PIN anytime

Did you know that you have the ability to change your card's PIN anytime using the Sydney Mutual Bank Mobile App?

You can even change your card PIN via the mobile app if you can’t recall your existing PIN!

Step 1: Log in to the Mobile App.

Step 2: Select ‘Cards’ menu at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Select ‘Change PIN’.

Step 4: Enter your existing (old) PIN or tick the ‘I don’t know my PIN’ checkbox.

Step 5: Enter a new 4-digit PIN number and confirm.

Step 6: Select ‘Update’.

Reporting the card as lost or stolen or temporarily blocking or unblocking it is also very easy to do in the mobile app.

Please note that the service of changing pins will no longer be available in branch from April 1st.
