  • View balances and transactions
  • Show simple balances on up to 3 accounts without logging in
  • Transfer funds via PayID, Direct Entry or BPAY® 
  • Schedule payments to occur on a particular date & time
  • Utilise digital wallet options available via Apple, Google and Samsung Pay
  • View your PayID information
  • Change your PIN on your cards, report them lost or stolen or temporarily block or unblock them
  • Advise us when you are travelling overseas so we can monitor your account for suspicious transactions
  • Find branch locations

Get started today in four simple steps:

  • Make sure you are registered for Internet Banking. If you are not, please apply using this form
  • Download the free app on your device (click on the big buttons on this page or look up Sydney Mutual Bank in the app stores)
  • Open the app and register using your Internet Banking member number and access code
  • Verify your Australian mobile phone number via SMS Verification Code
  • Choose a new 4 digit passcode to log into the app, or set up biometric login.
