Special General Meeting Results
A big thank you to all our members, who took the time to attend last night’s Special General Meeting. More than 97% of Member voted in favour of the merger with Endeavour Mutual Bank, which is a fantastic result.
Our CEO Ashley Jennings had the following to say about the results:
“I am absolutely thrilled that members voted so overwhelmingly in favour of the merger with Endeavour Mutual Bank. As I announced at the meeting, the decision combines the strengths and values of our two mutual organisations, allowing us to provide all our members with access to more banking services, more branches, more staff, and greater product and service diversification.
The other most pleasing aspect of the evening was observing members, staff, directors and guests mixing last night and enjoying the significance of the occasion.”
