Important information on SMS Verification

There are some important things we need to tell you before you utilise SMS verification.

  1. Your SMS verification code is personal to you. It provides an additional level of security for your Internet Banking session and cannot be shared with anyone else. 
  2. If you lose your mobile phone and its number has been recorded with us for SMS security service, you must advise us immediately on 13 61 91
  3. If you have a complaint that you would like us to investigate please contact us on 13 61 91. If we cannot resolve your complaint within 24 hours we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 days.
  4. If after reading this Important Information and the Internet Banking Terms and Conditions, you have any questions about or SMS verification please call us on 13 61 91 8am to 7pm, weekdays or 8.30am to 11.30am Saturdays.
