Some CGU customers were accidentally charged twice for their premium payment
CGU Banking Error
Due to a processing error on 1 October 2020, some CGU customers were accidentally charged twice for their premium payment.
This issue only affected customers who had set up direct debit payments scheduled for this date.
CGU have since identified and resolved the issue and have processed refunds today for all affected customers. The refunds should appear in their accounts in the coming days.
CGU apologises for the error and any inconvenience caused.
