Online Statements temporarily unavailable

Dear members,

Sydney Mutual Bank will be performing a significant update to the banking system from Friday 11th October at 4:30pm to Saturday afternoon 12th October. This will cause a disruption to most of Sydney Mutual Bank’s services, including the access to online statements.

If you require an online statement, please call 13 61 91 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 7pm, Saturday: 8.30am - 11.30am), email us at info@sydneymutual.bank or drop into your local branch and one of our friendly member service officers will assist you.
